With recent activities between Canada Post and Canadian Union of Postal Workers (CUPW) it has become increasingly possible that we may see an interruption to mail services as early as Monday October 22nd, 2018. In case this strike does happen, we would like to provide our customers with some guidelines in order to ensure that all appropriate documents can be sent and received by our office.
If you need to make a payment on your policy, either directly to Petley-Hare Limited or to your insurance company, please contact our office prior to mailing any documents. Many of our insurance companies can accept credit card payments or online payments in lieu of cheques. You can visit one of our offices in person to drop off a cheque or cash which we can courier to your insurance company.
If you have not received your policy documents or liability slips, please contact our office as we will be able to email copies of these documents to you. If you need to send something to our office, you can email your broker directly, email our general inbox at firstname.lastname@example.org or fax documents to us at 905-433-1358. You are always welcome to visit one of our offices as well if you need to pick up or drop off any documents.
