What's this about?
For every friend you refer to us, we'll send you a gift card for having them receive a quote from one of our licensed brokers. There is no limit on how many times you can enter.
How do I participate?
Fill out the form below! You as the referrer will also receive a ballot to be entered into our yearly draw for a chance to win a special grand prize! Every person you refer to Petley-Hare earns you one ballot!
When will I get my gift?
Gifts will be sent to the referrer after the person referred completes the quote process with one of our licensed insurance brokers. So referring 'John Smith' over and over again won't work ;)

Terms and Conditions
- You, the referrer, must be an existing customer of Petley-Hare Ltd. Insurance Brokers with an insurance policy in force at the time the referral takes place.
- The person being referred must not be an existing client of Petley-Hare Insurance.
- The person being referred must complete the quote process with one of our licensed insurance brokers.
- Every year (December) a grand prize draw will take place. The winner will be contacted by phone and/or email.
- Prizes will vary during the course of the program.
- Petley-Hare Insurance reserves the right to add or change restrictions at our sole discretion.
