PetleyHare Acquires Gwilliames & Associates Insurance Brokers 

OSHAWA, October 21, 2024 – PetleyHare is excited to announce it has acquired Gwilliames & Associates Insurance Brokers. With this acquisition, PetleyHare will continue its mission to become the most recognized and recommended insurance retailer within Durham Region.

Founded in Ajax, Ontario in 1964, Gwilliames & Associates Insurance Brokers is committed to providing the best solutions for clients in Ajax and across the Durham Region, offering home, auto, business, life and travel insurance solutions and more.
