Whitby Ribfest 2016

Petley Hare Staff on Stage During Whitby Ribfest 2016At Petley-Hare Insurance, community involvement is a huge part of our organization. We were thrilled to be back as a sponsor of Whitby Ribfest 2016, our most recent community initiative, which was a grand success. The event was organized over the weekend of Friday, July 8 to Sunday, July 10. Our team thoroughly enjoyed mingling with individuals and families from the Durham community, many of them being our clients too.

Not to mention the amazing time we had cheering on our contestants. Congratulations to the winners and each participant for the entertaining spirit you displayed! The after-party at the Royal Oak – Whitby Shores was a fitting finale to the weekend-long festivities, and we are already looking forward to the next event.

We want to thank the local community for their generous support as well as the volunteers from The Rotary Club of Whitby Sunrise for the ‘funtastic’ and well-run event.

We sincerely appreciate the efforts of the dedicated volunteers and Rotarians for making this annual event, a truly memorable one. Even Mayor Don Mitchell popped by to show some love and support!
