Office Update: A Message to Our Valued Clients and Customers
Over the past few weeks, there has been much discussion about the re-opening of businesses and what that will look like across Ontario. The team at Petley-Hare has been diligently working on our plan, and we wanted to share an update with our loyal customers today.
Thanks to our incredible team and an ongoing commitment to providing employees and customers with modern-day technology, we have been fortunate and very effective at deploying a remote work environment. Our technical infrastructure and procedures have successfully supported all employees working from home during this pandemic.
We are digitally enabled and have a clearly defined process in place. We are utilizing a variety of communication channels to completely support a remote setup. This allows us to continue providing quick and consistent servicing to all clients, unchanged access to our insurance partner offerings, and fast, accurate quoting for all products.
Additionally, feedback has shown that we are embracing this change, our staff feel confident and well-equipped to work from home, and our valued clients receive the same excellent customer service they are used to. As a result, and to support the ongoing health and safety of our employees, customers, and communities, we will continue to work remotely now.
Our leadership team is actively working on a plan that includes changes that will need to be made before returning to our offices. In preparation for promoting optimal levels of safety, we are assessing everything from traffic flow, policies around workspaces and common areas within our offices, and of course, enhanced sanitization procedures.
In all upcoming phases of the re-opening period, we plan to be as organized and supportive as possible. We will continue to share our plans with you as they develop.
